Maybe some embattled African nation where the established regime forces cell carriers to give them access to SMS systems in order to censor your text messages that speak out against such an oppressive regime. This is a reality for some individuals; imagine if your favorite communication tool were turned into a universal spying tool by your own government. Creepy.
