Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We will be closed on Thursday so that our employees can enjoy the time with their families and friends.  We reopen on Friday at 10 AM.  If you are traveling this week, be safe.

Like most Americans, I have family that are vets and a number who were vets (deceased). They go all the way back to the American Revolution. They fought for our freedom then. Now, they assure we do not lose our freedom. You are all in my thoughts today; in my heart always!

Not All Vets are Human

Thanks to all our military for their wonderful work.  The men and women of military put their lives on the line for our freedom.  And, don't forget, some of our vets are not human!

Veteran's Day is on Tuesday, November 11. Please be sure to let a vet know how grateful you are for their work in keeping Americans free. We couldn't do it without them. Fly your flag this Tuesday to show your respect.

I am thrilled to report that when I went to vote, the parking lot was full. Yep, FULL!  I even had to wait for a booth to open up. I don't know who will win, but I do know that the people of Jefferson County will have had their say in great numbers. And, after all, that is really what matters. :)
