You Can Now Unlock Your Phone

Carriers are now required to unlock your phones at your request. The phone must be paid off, if you bought it as part of your monthly payment.  It can be unlocked if you are no longer under contract.  Also, if you are in the military and are currently or about to be deployed, and as long as your account is in good standing, you are eligible to have your phone unlocked.  Good to hear that our military has been taken into such consideration.
